FAQ
• DO I NEED A FULL VERSION OF KONTAKT TO USE RATTLY and RAW instruments?
At this time only Martin France Drum is a Kontakt player instrument which will work perfectly with the free Kontakt player.
For the others, you will need a full version of the LATEST version of KONTAKT to run (currently 5.7 or greater). They WILL work in the free player, but only in a time-limited demo mode (15 mins). Please check on the product to be sure of the requirements before purchase!

• I DON't HAVE a PAYPAL account - WHAT DO I DO??!?!
You can actually checkout with your credit or debit card as well as paypal in our FASTSPRING store.
• CAN I USE THESE SAMPLES IN MY COMMERCIAL PRODUCTIONS?
YES! When buying our instruments you get a single-user license to go nuts with these sounds! That being said please see the terms and conditions that accompany each sale for specifics. It's pretty much common sense anyhow, basically make music, have fun, but don't repackage our stuff and try to sell it!
•Why are your products PRICED SO LOW?
We really want to be able to offer some insane value in these crazy times and we think that many libraries are FAR too expensive considering what you get. These products have been made alongside using them in commercial sessions so that flexibility has allowed us to keep the prices down too. We're also hoping that these low low price points might be a tipping point for people to buy rather than just download for free...
• HOW DO I INSTALL MY RATTLY AND RAW PRODUCTS?

Just unzip the file from the link we send you and put it in your current main KONTAKT samples folder. If you don't have one, just put the unzipped folders wherever you like and point KONTAKT to them through the 'FILES' tab within KONTAKT itself (click on the picture to the left to see what this looks like!).
THESE WILL NOT SHOW UP AS KONTAKT LIBARIES! Sample library producers have to arrange a special (incredibly expensive) deal with NI in order to create official libraries for KONTAKT! This is really out of the scope of this modest sample business! Sorry!!!

• HELP!!! KONTAKT can't find the samples?!?!
The only way this can happen is if the instrument file (THE .nki file in the original folder) has been moved from the folder it arrived in, or if the samples have been deleted (just unzip the original file we sent you and drag sample folder back in!!). Try moving the .nki file (the instrument!) back to the folder of the same name.
If you move the multi instruments from their folder - the same thing will happen as they reference samples in other folders within the main sample library folder!

• Can I get a physical copy of the products?
Sorry! We are just not able to do physical copies due to the impracticalities of storage and shipping! Hope you can get by with the downloads ;)
• CAN I GIVE MY FrIENDS THESE SAMPLES?
We guess you could, but please ask them to buy them instead (awkward we know!). We've deliberately priced these incredibly cheaply to hopefully make parting with a few pounds/dollars/euros not too painful. There is an incredible amount of work that goes into even simple products like these! Anyhow! That's it, the begging and pleading ends now :o)
• who is 'rattly and raw'?
Please check out the 'ABOUT US' tab for more info!
• What's with the sound effects in the background of some of the demos?
We really wanted to show you some of the detail in the individual instruments without adding reverb etc... so bedding them into some atmosphere seemed to work better aesthetically and let us leave them totally unprocessed!
